We know you can’t wait to receive your new product for your four-legged friend!

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed (unless otherwise stated on the product page). We ship with GLS, Bring, FedEx, UPS and you choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.

Delivery times:

• Denmark: 1–3 business days
• Outside Denmark: 5–10 business days depending on destination country

Free shipping on orders over 1,999 DKK

Shipping rates for orders under 1,999 DKK:

• GLS parcel shop: 49 DKK
• GLS home delivery: 79 DKK
• PostNord parcel shop: 49 DKK

EU (European Union) 🇪🇺

Shipping rate:

• UPS parcel shop: 150 DKK (approx. €20)

Selected countries outside the EU 🌍

Shipping rate:

• FedEx parcel shop: 300 DKK (approx. $43)

Please note: For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the refund. If you wish to have the package reshipped, new shipping costs will apply and must be paid by the customer.
