We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not as expected, you have 30 days to return the item.
Delivery
We know you are looking forward to your new product for your four-legged friend!
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering (unless otherwise stated for the product). We ship with GLS, Bring, DHL, UPS or FedEx , and you choose your delivery method at checkout.
Delivery times:
- Denmark: 1-3 business days
- Outside Denmark: Between 5-10 business days, depending on country.
Please note: Delivery times are indicative and delays may occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen delays with shipping companies.

Note: When purchasing outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply, which are paid by the customer.
Unclaimed packages:
If a package is not picked up and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the actual return costs from the refund. If the package is to be reshipped, new shipping must be paid by the customer.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with instructions on how to track and pick it up.
We pack and process all orders within 24 hours on weekdays to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
If you regret your purchase, you can exercise your right of return by creating a return through our returns portal once you have received the item.
Return
You may return your items in their original, unused condition within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. The package must be delivered to a parcel shop within the 30 days.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:
- All items that are not original are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after the date of receipt.
If you live in Denmark or the EU
If you want to exchange an item, you must create a label through our Returns Portal: Open Returns Portal

3. Select which items you want to return and return method
4. Return the product

If you live outside Denmark, you must send your package to the following address, including all our contact information.

For regular returns, the return shipping is covered by the customer.
The prices are:
59 DKK in Denmark
€15 for EU countries outside Denmark
If you are returning from a country outside the EU, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping directly to your local shipping company.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund may take up to 10 business days from the day we process your return. The exact processing time depends on your bank and payment provider.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must create a return through our returns portal and return the original item. Once the return has been registered, you can easily order the desired product through the webshop.
We strive to deliver high quality products, but if, contrary to expectations, there is an error, we will of course help.
A product is considered defective if it is damaged upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect. Damage resulting from normal use, wear and tear or misuse is not considered a complaint.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@drewsdogwear.dk and include:
- Pictures that clearly show the error
- Your order number
- Any relevant information about the product
We will review the case and get back to you with instructions on how we can help you as soon as possible.
