These terms and conditions apply to all purchases on www.drewsdogwear.dk, which is owned and operated by:

By shopping on our webshop, you accept these terms and conditions.

Drew’s Dogwear therefore recommends that you read the terms and conditions thoroughly.

ORDERING

Drew’s Dogwear is a webshop that is open 24 hours a day.

To shop on the webshop, you must be 18 years old or have consent from a guardian.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When you receive the order confirmation, a binding purchase agreement is concluded, and the amount you have purchased for is reserved on your bank account until the order is shipped from us. The money will only be debited from your bank account when the order leaves our warehouse.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of errors, sold-out items, or suspicion of misuse.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information (address, e-mail, payment information) is correct when ordering. It is not possible for us to change your order after order confirmation.


PRICES

All prices on www.drewsdogwear.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT. The total price incl. shipping is always shown before you complete the purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Changes do not affect already completed orders.

Discount codes cannot be combined with discounted items unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right for sold-out items.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

VISA, VISA/Dankort, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and MobilePay.

Payment is made via a secure and encrypted payment gateway (SSL/Shopify Payments).

Payment is only debited when the item has been shipped. Receipt of purchase is received via e-mail.

DELIVERY

Drew’s Dogwear delivers to Denmark, EU countries and selected non-EU countries.

Delivery is made with GLS and Bring in Denmark, UPS in the EU and FedEx outside the EU. Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 working days, to the specified address or delivery point. Expected delivery time is typically 5–10 working days depending on the destination.

In case of delays, customer service can be contacted at kontakt@drewsdogwear.dk.

Drew’s Dogwear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are paid by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

When you shop at Drew's Dogwear, you have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain covers defects and deficiencies that were present upon delivery, including manufacturing defects or damage incurred during transport. Depending on the situation, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction.

The right to complain does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect use, or lack of maintenance.

You must complain within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@drewsdogwear.dk and attach:

  • Pictures clearly showing the defect
  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem and relevant information

We will review your inquiry and get back to you with guidance on the further process.

Drew’s Dogwear covers return costs to a reasonable extent in connection with approved complaints. If your complaint is not justified, you must bear the shipping costs yourself. You are responsible for the item until Drew’s Dogwear receives it.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us clear notice that you wish to cancel the purchase. This must be done through our return portal: https://drews-dogwear.webshipper.io/returns_public/1

Alternatively, you can also contact us at kontakt@drewsdogwear.dk if you experience problems or need help with your return.

The withdrawal period is complied with if you notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase before the deadline expires.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items sold as "archive sale" with clearly stated cosmetic defects before purchase.

RETURNS

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following applies:

  • The item must be returned in original, unused condition
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Returns must be made through our return portal
  • The item must be handed in at a parcel shop within 30 days of receipt
  • You must cover the return costs yourself.
  • The item is your responsibility until it is received at our warehouse

Return fee:

  • Denmark: 59 DKK
  • EU: 15 EUR
  • Outside the EU: If you are returning from a country outside the EU, you are responsible for arranging and paying the return freight directly to your local shipping company.

REFUND

Refunds will be processed within 10 banking days of receipt of return. The exact processing time depends on your bank and payment provider.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until the item has been received or documentation for return has been provided.

RESERVATIONS

Drew’s Dogwear is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, transport problems, or other force majeure-like events.

We reserve the right for typographical errors, pricing errors, and sold-out items.



PERSONAL DATA


In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

Phone number
E-mail address
Information about what you have purchased


We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you and to be able to handle inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing takes place according to the rules in our personal data policy. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE AND CHOICE OF LAW

You are always welcome to contact Drew’s Dogwear if you wish to complain about a purchase. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can submit a complaint to the Centre for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, if the conditions for complaining are met. You can complain to the Centre for Complaint Resolution via www.naevneneshus.dk.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint on the EU Commission's online complaint platform.

The agreement between you and Drew’s Dogwear, including these terms and conditions, is governed by Danish law, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you reside.
